I am sure many of my friends already have ambitions, I have my own goals set as well, but really, will our dreams waver over the uncertain future? Our principal Mdm Heng wasn't speaking through her hat when she said that the future might be bleak for all of us. In a competitive world, and the economy recession that she kept mentioning, it will be a tough life for us if we want to stick to pursuing dreams. After all, if you really want a good job in the future, it might mean sacrificing things which are precious to you, including your dreams. When that time comes, will we make the right decisions? Or perhaps, we might simply give up along the way? Not wanting to sound negative, but it is the truth of this world, and we need to overcome it. I am sure all of us can make it if we just did our best. Don't give up everybody, because it is the last lap of the journey. As the teachers have said before, they will be waiting for us at the finish line. This is our race, and let's give it our damn best to run. When we run, we will run together, and when we fall, we help each other, and let's cross the finish line together. To all my friends in Greenridge Secondary School, LET'S GO FOR IT!
